Play Splitscreen Online!

This isn't a mod, it's a guide on how to use the 'full game' mod to play online with a friend via splitscreen and a third party app.

Pros:
- It supports controllers, and I have played with two people so far with virtually no issues.
- Only the host needs to have the demo and the mod. The second player doesn't need either.

Both the host and the second player need to do steps 2 - 4.

1. Complete the 'full game' mod from this site to enable splitscreen multiplayer.
2. Download Parsec for free and install it (https://parsecgaming.com/).
3. Create an account and verify your email.
4. Launch Parsec and login.

5. Click the settings gear and then Host.
6. Set 'Hosting Enabled' to 'Enabled.'

- At this point, you can customize things like bitrate and framerate. Lowering both to their lowest settings is still great, and can help if you have lag issues.
- You can also set the 'virtual gamepad type' to Xbox or PS4, which changes the buttons for Player 2 in-game to reflect the controller they're using.

7. Click the computer gear and then the blue share button under your PC.
8. Copy the link and send it to Player 2.
9. When Player 2 clicks the link, you will have to accept or reject their connection request. Accept it.

- After you accept, verify with Player 2 that they see your screen on their screen.

10. Launch the THPS1+2 Demo with the 'full game' mod enabled from this website.

- Some lag may be normal. If you notice lag right after launching the game, you may think it has frozen, but it has not. Wait for it.

11. Navigate to Multiplayer -> Splitscreen.
12. Player 2 will press the ollie button here to join, and you're ready to play!
